The person behind the work
Samrat is a practising Fellow Chartered Accountant and Registered Business Valuer in India with more than 15 years of experience across accounting, assurance-related work, financial analysis, modelling and business valuation.
He created Joneja & Co’s UK-facing service for smaller practices that value direct access to senior judgement but need a more flexible delivery model than permanent recruitment.
The proposition is deliberately simple: agree a clear assignment, complete it carefully, communicate directly and earn the right to do the next piece of work.

Prospective clients can request an introductory meeting in person when that is more useful than a video call. Our UK client liaison supports the relationship while Samrat remains directly accountable for scoping, communication and senior-led delivery.

How we work
Be precise about location, qualifications, scope, limitations and who holds final responsibility.
Good support makes the reviewer’s job easier: clear trail, concise queries and visible assumptions.
Bring commercial context to the numbers where it helps the client or adviser make a better decision.
Start contained, meet the brief and scale only after the working relationship has been proven.
Direct senior access
If you are considering outsourced capacity or need modelling and valuation support, describe the immediate requirement and we can identify a sensible first step.
