Year-end accounts support
Lead schedules, reconciliations, working-paper completion and draft accounts prepared to your internal approach.
For UK accounting firms
For smaller firms that need more capacity but do not want another permanent hire—or the inconsistency of an anonymous outsourcing queue. Work directly with a Fellow Chartered Accountant, use a UK client liaison when a local introduction helps, and start with one contained pilot.
Scope a pilot fileWhere we can help
Scope can be one file, a recurring monthly process or a defined block of seasonal work. Each engagement is agreed before source data is shared.
Lead schedules, reconciliations, working-paper completion and draft accounts prepared to your internal approach.
Catch-up work, control-account review and orderly ledgers that are ready for the next stage of the file.
Monthly or quarterly reporting packs, variance analysis, cash-flow views and concise commercial commentary.
Transaction review, control reconciliations and draft VAT workings for your team’s final review and submission.
Integrated projections and scenarios that help clients see pressure points before they become urgent.
Work completed behind your firm, under agreed procedures, while you retain client ownership and final responsibility.
Technology & controls

Work within permissions authorised by your firm, with access restricted to the agreed people, entities and tasks.
Visible queries, documented assumptions and review points that fit your firm’s working-paper process.
Data-handling arrangements designed around minimisation, confidentiality, retention and appropriate international-transfer safeguards.
Clear responsibility
Joneja & Co supplies agreed support work. Your firm remains responsible for client acceptance, professional judgements, final review, filing and regulated advice.
Working method
No work disappears into a black box. The pilot establishes the brief, hand-off points, query method and expected output before a repeatable workflow is built.
Discuss your workflow ↗Agree entity, period, source records, output, deadline, software and review conventions.
Use your approved access and document-sharing method, subject to confidentiality and data terms.
Complete the agreed work and raise questions in a concise, traceable format.
Return a structured file, address review points and document the final agreed position.
Common questions
No. A fixed-scope pilot is the recommended first engagement. Ongoing work is discussed only after you have reviewed the quality and working relationship.
Only if the engagement expressly requires it and your firm authorises the contact. The normal model is white-label support behind your team.
The support output is prepared for your review. Your UK practice retains final professional responsibility and makes any submission unless a separate, lawful arrangement is expressly agreed.
Scope, access, permitted use of information, retention and deletion are agreed before client information is transferred. Access can be limited within Xero, Sage, Dext, Hubdoc or your document-sharing environment. Engagement controls are designed to support relevant UK GDPR requirements, including safeguards for international processing.
